One time ago I bought a adopt one for my collection from :iconsuicidaljumpscare:/:icondespitewright:/:iconxcruel-nightx:. In the description don't say anything about you having to use the character, however after a while I got a note saying I should return the character because I had not used it (and even said he would not refund me). Be careful when you buy one adoptable from suicidaljumpscare!
Some time ago I bought a adoptable from him, now he's saying he wants the adoptable back because I have not used it for anything and said he will not give me what I paid for it.
When I bought it was not written: "You should use it for something!". Was only writing the price that I paid correctly.
Most of the people who buy adoptable usually not use them, buy because they find it beautiful, buy to collect, a few use, others intend to use some day, etc.
I would like to use it, (I have a sketch of the human version from him that I could not finish) but I have many things to do in my life, I have a job, have a family to take care, various obligations here in DA and other places, I just can't do everything I want because I don't have time!
This situation is totally unfair!
I recommend you take care when buying adoptable from that person because you can stay in the same situation as me.

My Adoption Rules

How to buy:
Leave on comments about your interest;
Only say you want to buy if you really want to buy and have the money/points for it. Don't make spam!;
Priority will be given to the one who make a claim first;
I will confirm the purchase and the person who requested the adoptable should send me the money/points;
I don't hold adoptable, if payment is not made within 12 hours the adoptable will be available for sale again;
I don't do trades;
I don't make refunds;
After the payment is made correctly adoptable will be available for its new owner;
When buying, you gain the rights to use the character (inside DeviantArt).

Rules for my adoptables:

You can't:
●You can't take my credits and say it was your creation;
●You can't resell them;
●You can't drastically change the look;
●You can't change the species;
●If the adoptable has pre determined gender you can't change it.


You must:
●Give me credit for the creation of the adoptable when you make something involving him.

You can:
●You can give a nice name to the adoptable;
●You can add more information about the adoptable (or change existing);
●You can give to the adoptable a family, a boyfriend/girlfriend, friends, rivals, pets, etc.;
●You can create a story for the adoptable;
●You can give new clothes and hairstyles for the adoptable;
●You can make many drawings of the adoptable (or buy, etc.);
●You can create contests involving the adoptable;
●And do not forget to treat the adoptable with love, he/she is the newest member of your family!♡

If you break any rule shall lose the right of the adoptable!
